This is the privacy policy for Charleston Capoeira Studio (the “studio,” “we,” or “us”), a capoeira studio preparing to open in Charleston, South Carolina. This policy explains what information we collect through charlestoncapoeira.com and how we use it.

• Interest list signups. When you join our interest list, we collect your email address and (optionally) your first name.
• Source label. We record which part of the site you signed up from (e.g. hero, mid-page banner) so we can understand which messaging works.
• Analytics, only if you accept. If you accept cookies, we load Google Analytics 4 and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel. These services drop cookies and may collect IP address, page views, device/browser info, and behavior on the site. If you decline, no analytics scripts are loaded.
• Anti-abuse signals. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and short-lived rate-limit records (your IP, briefly) to prevent automated abuse of the signup form.

• To send you launch updates, beginner-session announcements, and studio news.
• To understand which content brings people to the site.
• To protect the form from spam and automated abuse.

• Airtable stores interest list records (email, first name, source, timestamp).
• Resend delivers the owner notification and your confirmation email.
• Google Analytics and Meta Pixel receive analytics data only if you accept cookies.
• Vercel hosts the site and receives standard server access logs.

• We do not sell your information.
• We do not share your email with third parties for their marketing.
• We do not collect payment information through this site.

• Unsubscribe. Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link.
• Delete your data. Email hello@charlestoncapoeira.com and we’ll remove your record.
• Cookies. Use the Reject button in the consent banner, or clear the cc_consent entry from your browser’s local storage to be asked again.
